This Refund Policy applies to becomeher.today and all related products and services offered under the BecomeHer brand, operated by Upgrade Technology DOO, Ljube Danilovica 27, Beograd (“BecomeHer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing any product through the Services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Product; Final Sale

BecomeHer sells digital products and digital content, including personalized reports, AI-generated outputs, and downloadable or emailed PDF materials.

Because these are digital, personalized, and electronically delivered products, all sales are final once the purchased product has been:

  • delivered by email;
  • made available for access;
  • generated for you;
  • viewed, opened, downloaded, or otherwise accessed.

Except where required by applicable law, you are not entitled to a refund after delivery or access.

2. No Refunds for Subjective Dissatisfaction

Because BecomeHer provides opinion-based, AI-generated, personalized digital content, refunds are not available merely because:

  • you changed your mind;
  • you no longer want the product;
  • you disagree with the feedback;
  • you dislike the tone, style, or wording of the output;
  • you believe the report was too harsh, too direct, too subjective, or not useful enough;
  • you expected a different result;
  • you opened or read the PDF and then decided you do not want it.

For clarity: reading, opening, viewing, or downloading the PDF does not create a refund right.

3. Limited Refund Exceptions

We may issue a refund only in the following limited circumstances:

A. Non-Delivery

You were successfully charged, but we are unable to deliver the purchased digital product to you, and we cannot cure the issue within a reasonable period after you contact us.

B. Duplicate Charge

You were accidentally charged more than once for the same transaction.

C. Material Technical Failure

The delivered file is corrupted, blank, or materially unusable, and we cannot repair, replace, or re-deliver it within a reasonable period.

D. Mandatory Legal Right

A refund is required by non-waivable consumer protection law that applies to your purchase.

4. No Refund Where Issue Can Be Cured

If the issue can be fixed, replaced, or re-delivered, we may first attempt to cure it before issuing any refund.

This includes situations where:

  • the email was sent but landed in spam, junk, or promotions;
  • the user entered the wrong email address;
  • the attachment needs to be re-sent;
  • an alternative delivery method can be provided;
  • a file access issue can be resolved.

If the problem is successfully cured, no refund will be due.

5. Refund Request Window

If you believe you qualify for a refund under this Policy, you must contact us within 7 days of the purchase date, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

Requests submitted after that period may be denied, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

6. How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • the email address used for purchase;
  • the purchase date;
  • transaction details or proof of payment, if available;
  • a short explanation of the issue.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to investigate the request.

7. EU / EEA / UK Digital Content Notice

If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, you may have statutory consumer rights regarding digital content.

However, where permitted by law, and where the checkout flow includes the required consent language, you expressly request immediate delivery/performance of the digital product and acknowledge that you may lose any otherwise applicable cancellation or withdrawal right once delivery or performance begins.

Nothing in this Refund Policy removes any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us first at support@becomeher.today and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we may respond with relevant evidence, including:

  • purchase and transaction records;
  • timestamps;
  • acceptance of Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy;
  • checkout confirmations;
  • delivery logs;
  • access or download records;
  • support communications;
  • technical records related to fulfillment.

Where permitted by law, abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in denial of future purchases or access to the Services.

9. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise required by law or payment processor rules.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment processors, or financial institutions after the refund has been initiated.

10. Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to deny any refund request where we reasonably believe there is:

  • fraud;
  • abuse of this Policy;
  • repeated purchase-and-refund behavior;
  • contradictory, false, or misleading claims;
  • evidence that the product was delivered or accessed in a manner inconsistent with the refund request.

11. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted on the website or otherwise made available to you, unless stated otherwise.

The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
